The eLearning Server 3000, developed by Russian company Hypermethod, has won the internet development competition, organised by UN office in Belarus in August, 2002.
Hypermethod has developed interactive software for distance learning which includes curriculum management, a certification system, learning results records and an e-library.
The eLearning Server 3000 comprised the final stage of the project "Internet" carried out by UN in Belarus in cooperation with The European Humanities University and the Ministry of Education.
During the first stage of the project (1996-2000) an information network for Minsk and regional centres was created.
