In early June, 2003 www.onliner.by announced Mobile Photo competition
Prizes for photos will be awarded in three nominations: mobile devices in modern life; mobile phones producers and mobile operators adverts as viewed from outside; designers' view of posters and "mobile theme' in creative work.

Onliner is a leading analytical resource giving information on mobile communications issues in Belarus: daily news, information about new types of mobile phones, topical reviews and analytical articles. Onliner has launched major Belarusian internet forum devoted to mobile communications and mobile phones. On the 12th of May, 2003 Onliner launched mobile phones catalogue. On the 1st of July 2003 SpyLog , a statistical system, registered the 1000 000th visitor of the site.
