On the 9th of November chief managers of Belarusian and Moscow railroads Vasili Gapeev and Valadimir Starostenko signed an agreement in Brest. According to the agreement a plan for introducing a unified electronic documents circulation is to be worked out by April 1, 2004.
A unified electronic documents circulation within the framework of the second trans European transport passage Berlin-Minsk-Moscow will save the time for passing Belarusian and Russian borders in Brest and in Smolensk.
It is expected that Belarusian part of the fiber optic line will be put inti operation in the year of 2004.
