Belarusian Ministry of Communications and Informatization has worked out Draft Law on Telecommunications

In his speech at the workshop Internet Development in Belarus organized in the framework of the XIth Belarusian Congress on Telecommunications, Information and bank Technologies (TIBO'04) Vice - Minister of Communications and Informatization Mr. I. Rak said that the draft Law on telecommunications will be presented to Parliament in May, 2004.
