Belarusian internet payments system EasyPay has launched a new service - online payments for electricity, gas and some other public utilities in Minsk.
EasyPay system is a joint project of Belgazprombank and of Open Contact internet provider.
Easy Pay system intended for internet micro payments with e-money operates only on the territory of the Republic of Belarus
