Governmental regulations on Internet shops adopted in Belarus

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus issued a resolution "On some issues of Internet retail trade" #1161 on September 8, 2006.
The resolution defines Internet shop as a web site containing information about a trading agent and goods possessed by the trading agent, which is placed at a server located on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and registered in the .BY domain according to the procedures established by the regulation.
The domain name registration is to be confirmed by the certificate issued by the Presidential Administration State Center of Information Security.
The regulation comes into force in March. 2007.
