Beltelecom is planning to launch a single billing system by the end of 2007

According to Beltelecom general director Konstantin Tikar' , the company's capital investments totaled 305 billion Br (107MEUR) in 2006. At the press conference held on December 7, Mr. Tikar' also mentioned that Beltelecom is planning to increase its capital investments by 15% in 2007.
Next year, Beltelecom will launch two business management projects: creation of the unified management system for primary and secondary networks, and for data transmission network; and a single billing system. The new online billing system is to be launched by the end of 2007.
Besides, Beltelecom is planning to launch a high-tech network for TV-broadcasting, high speed internet and telephony services - a "TriplPlay" package by the end of 2010.
