Deputes of the Chamber of Representatives adopted the draft law "On digital document and digital signature" at the second hearings on December 4th.
A member of the parliamentary commission on industry, fuel-energy complex, transport, communications and entrepreneurship Eugene Obolensky announced that the law stipulates judicial basis for digital documents circulation, requirements to them, and conditions which make a digital signature equal to paper signature.
For the first time, definitions of "digital document authenticity", "digital document integrity" and others are given
System of digital keys for e-signatures will be regulated by the National bank. Judicial and physical persons can apply for digital keys .
