Minsk City Executive Committee launched Electronic office service

Minsk City Executive Committee Electronic office has started to function recently. Through Minsk City Executive Committee website citizens can get an answer or a consultation, make a proposal or state their opinion.
To use the e-office one must conduct a two step registration: first a potential user enters his email address and receives a verification link, then he or she fills in a form containing nickname, password, real name, birth date and contact phone fields. The email address is then used as a login.
Examination of citizens' appeals is carried out according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus on citizens' appeals, which was registered in the National register of legal actions on the March 19th 2001 #2/521.
