Viber leads among messengers in Belarus

According to Telecompaper Viber leads among messengers used in Belarus, reports Tut.by citing a poll carried out by the NGO Baltic Internet Policy Initiative and the company #DB3.
A total of 662 respondents aged 15 to 74 participated in the poll.
Viber was used by 70 percent in the past month, followed by Skype with 38 percent. The indicators of WhatsApp, Telegram and Facebook Messenger amounted to 25 percent, 23 percent and 17 percent, respectively.
Viber's audience reached 80 percent in the 25-44 age group, and Telegram exceeded 50 percent in the 15-24 age group. Skype led with 46 percent of the 55-74 year-olds.
