Beltelecom to keep monopoly in Belarus

Beltelecom, the state monopolist for outer internet channels and for international telephone calls, announced that its total channel capacity will run up to 44 Mb per second.
Beltelecom intends to keep the monopoly for international calls and to command the market in order to keep Western telecoms companies out of the local market.
