Belarus Beltelecom is offering a new interactive rating poll and express surveys service.
The service is intended to provide immediate TV programs polls for broadcasters, web developers and individuals planning to use off-line information for their sites.
The results of the polls will be available in real time mode for those users who have password access to the Beltelecom server.
The system is furnished with a unit that allows people to answer back to surveys, a phone number identifier for quizzes, as well as lotteries and paid polls which can handle about 1440 calls per minute, using 240 junction lines at 10 seconds per person. It costs US$80 (E86.79) to operate the interactive system for 15 minutes.
