Belarus Mobile Users, April 01, 20102nd GSM operator launches equipment tender

The state-owned company 'Mezdugorodnaya Sviaz' and MTS have announced a tender for the delivery of equipment for the second Belarusian GSM-standard mobile operator.
Bidders must submit their offers not later than February 4, 2002. A tender guarantee of $500,000 is required. Bidders must also possess Belarusian certificates for their equipment and are required to have a service center for the equipment in Belarus or at the very least to open one before the whole GSM system becomes operational.
