Beltelecom launches IP telephone service

Beltelecom now provides an IP-telephony service for calls to Moscow and the Moscow region.
A one-minute call to Moscow costs about E0.16, which is 34 per cent cheaper than an average telephone call. But the quality of the new service poorer than that of a traditional telephone connection.
