Minsk to connect 20,000 new numbers this year

Minsk City Telephone Network is planning to connect about 20,000 numbers this year.
Last year, the network put 24,000 numbers into operation. The Minsk city network comprises 700,000 numbers, the second highest (together with Kiev) of the cities of the former Soviet Union.
