Online shop runs weekly lottery, wins award

Online shop Oz.by, which runs a weekly subscriber lottery, has won a Belarusian internet award for the best "e-commerce, products and services."
Every week, Oz.by holds a lottery for subscribers to its mailing list. The money is transferred to the winners'' account.
Oz.by was created in 1999 and now offers more than 3,000 books, internet maps, licensed software and devices for monitoring radiation.
Oz.by runs a messenger service in Minsk, Borisov, Brest, Vitebsk, Grodno and Mogilev, and goods are delivered to other places by mail. Its paid partnership program has been functioning for more than year and now has 178 partner websites.
