Priorbank launches cashless payments

Belarusian bank Priorbank has launched the system of cashless transfers through automatic teller machines (ATMs).
Now, users who hold Priorbank international debt/credit cards (except for Visa Internet) can pay for Belarusian mobile operator Velcom's services any time through 32 ATMs.
