BELCEL, Belarusian mobile operator, now provides dial up and internet-card access to the worldwide web.
Mobile phone subscribers pay a reduced charge to access the internet through the operator.
At present BELCEL uses NMT450i standard. In August of this year the company received a IMT-MC-450 (CDMA2000) standard licence and announced a tender for IMT-MC-450 equipment.
