Belarusian mobile operator Velcom signed up its five-hundred-thousandth subscriber this week.
Since the start of this year, over 95,000 people have become VELCOM subscribers. The growth of the subscriber base compared to the similar period last year is an increase of 157 per cent.
Meanwhile, on 2 June, Velcom introduced GPRS to its service offering.
