A new text-to-speech (TTS) Engine for PDA devices

On the 8th of September 2003, Sakrament, the leading software developing company announced that it has developed text-to-speech (TTS) Engine available compatible with PDAs and related handheld devices. Sakrament TTS Engine PDA Edition is the first in a series of planned announcements to support Sakrament mobile wireless initiative.
The new Sakrament TTS Engine operates on the Microsoft Windows CE platform and provides Internet access without interrupting other activities. The Sakrament TTS Engine pack includes the SDK tools for configuration and tuning TTS engine to specific devices and applications.
