The first stationary web-camera in Belarus

The stationary web-camera has been installaed at Skarina avenue in Minsk by Voice of Motherland newspaper. The images are available at newspapers' web-site www.21.by.
www.21.by is a universal web-site providing information about various aspects of life of Belarusian people and about major Belarusan internet resources.
Visitors of www.21.by will find national TV channels news, listen to Belarusian radio stations read newspapers and watch news in pictures.
The site has been developed by Belarusian company Astronim.
