Velcom, the first GSM operator in Belarus has now more than 800 thousand subscribers.
After five years of its operation in Belarus Velcom invested more than USD 200 mln USD in order to develop its network and to introduce state-of-the-art technologies.
Recently the company has announced its plans to invest USD 400 mln. more during the years of 2004 - 2007.
In 2004 Velcom will invest into its network expansion more than USD 60 mln.
Over USD 50 mln are to be invested every year to come.
