Belarusian company BelCel launched cdma2000 (trademark Diallog) on February 6, 2003.
At present some 100 000 subscribers use cdma2000 standard services in Belarus. BelCel's cdma2000 network of 101 base stations. The company has 150 service centres in 30 Belarusian cities.
In 2003-2004 BelCel has invested more than USD28 mln. into cdma2000 network development. In 2005 BelCel is planning to put into operation 97 base stations and CDMA 2000 network will cover 68% of the country's territory. BelCel is also panning to introduce EV-DO technologies and BREW based services.
