Velcom puts into operation Leap Plus solution

Formula Telecom Solutions (FTS) has announced that its Billing and CRM Leap Plus solution has been put into operation by Belarusian GSM operator Velcom.

FTS' Leap Billing and CRM Solution provides Velcom with unlimited expansion and scalability capacity, enables mobile operator to introduce new services quickly and easily, allows customer service representatives (CSRs) to register new subscribers and provide interim, up-to-date billing information.

In addition to this FTS' Leap Billing solution allows Velcom to rapidly configure and implement new services, rating and discount schemes.

Thus Velcom has now a full, user customizable, customer management, order management, sales and marketing solution
