Diallog defines its priorities for 2005-2006

Belarusian GSM operator Belcel which operates under the brand Diallog has
defined the following prioritie for 2005-2006:
- to extend network in 1,5 times by the end of 2005 (at present operator 37,3% of the territory with 56% of the country's population);
- to modernize its network and to introduce IVR, WAP, WEB , SMS
and voice mail services ;
- to modernize its billing system.
The new strategy will be implemented by a new company's management. Igor
Bezruchonok, former deputy general director, will become BelCel general
director. The position of deputy general director will be taken by Sergei
Bazilski, former deputy general director at International Telecommunication
Company (Ukraine) which operates under the brand CDMA Ukraine
As of August 2005, Diallog has 93 317 subscribers in Belarus, its network consists of
109 base stations
