Belarusian General Prosecutors' office decision on illegal VoIP services

Belarusian General Prosecutors' office has finished investigation on illegal provision of VoIP.
Two Belarusian citizens are accused of illegal rendering VoIP services on the territory of Belarus together with two citizens of Israel.
They launched an Internet communication node in Minsk which redistributed international incoming traffic to Velcom and MTS GSM operators, and used 225 SIM cards bought from Belarusian citizens.
These activities brought the total damage of 500KUSD to national telecommunications operator Beltelecom and to GSM operators.
