According to President's decree and Belarusian government decisions, state owned mobile operator BeST is to get USD 50mln loan from Chinese government to finance BeST GSM network development and 184,2mln USD from Export-Import Bank of China as a loan to pay 78% of equipment which will be supplied by Alcatel Shanghai Bell Company ltd.
The terms for money refund are not stipulated in the announced agreements. It is important to note that not the Ministry of Communications, but the State Military and Industrial Committee is appointed to supervise the project and loan paying off.
