In 2006 Belarus starts introduction of international telephone numbering plan

Next year Belarus is to start introduction of international telephone numbering plan, eliminating "zero" in the city codes, special services, inquiry offices and taxi telephone numbers.
In 2007 telephone numbers of special services will start with 1, and in 2008 the same changes will be introduced for intercity and international telephone connections.
