BeST is planning to extend its network by the end of 2006

According to Belarusian GSM operator BeST general director Mikhail Demchenko, the company is planning to extend its network to cover all the Belarusian cities with the population more than 100 thousand and to put into operation its 100th base station.
Mr. Demchenko emphasized that the company's strategy is focused on launching "new base stations in Belarusian regions".
As for October 1, 2006, BeST network covers the territory inhabited by 46,4 per cent of the Belarus country's population, including 8 cities, and provides services to more than 11 thousand subscribers.
