Belarus' Ministry of Communications and Informatisation (MoC) is re-launching a tender to license internet service providers (ISPs) wishing to offer internet access at cybercafes.
The MoC launched its first attempt on 22 May this year but postponed the process without giving a reason. ISPs are encouraged to file applications for rights to offer internet access services in the country from 2007-08 between 6 September and 10 October. The winner will be awarded a five-year contract, the Ministry's representatives told online news agency BelTA.
