Beltelecom invests 150 million USD in communications

Beltelecom plans to invest 150 million USD in Belarusian communications developement in 2008.
Upgrade and extention of fixed phone network, there are plans to increase number of users by 300 thousand.
Creation of Wi-Fi access points, as well as interactive IP-TV developement, is also planned.
