10% of schools have ADSL Internet access in Belarus

According to the Minister of Education Alexander Radkov, 96% of Belarusian schools are equipped with modern computers.
82% of these schools have a local area network, 66% - have Internet access. According to the Minister, schools primarily use electronic mail and access to corporate resources.
Only 10% of 4 000 secondary educational institutions ADSL Internet access in Belarus.
