Gemius Belarus has recently presented its first monthly review of Internet audience in Belarus (gemiusAudience). The internet audience in Belarus is 2,16 mln. users (real users) 15 +.
The majority of users are men (55,2%). Men also spend more time on the Internet than women. 44,5% are young people of 15-24 years old. People aged from 25 to 34 years old make 27,4% of the audience, 35-44 years old - 17,9%, and older than 45 years old - 10,2%
37% of internet-users live in Minsk, 7% - in Brest, 3% - in Vitebsk, 11%- in Gomel, 9%- in Grodno, and 9% in Mogilev. 42% live in Minsk oblast, 13% - in Brest oblast, 6% - in Vitebsk oblast, 14% - in Gomel oblast, 12% - in Grodno oblast, 13% - in Mogilev oblast.
40,4% of the audience are married, 49,2% are not married, 5,8% - unregistered marriage, and 4,5% are divorced or widowed. 34,1% of users live in the families of 3 persons, 32,6% - 4 persons, 17,4% - 2 persons, more than 5 persons - 11,2%, 1 person - 4,7%
Students - 21,7%, specialists -14,6%, engineers/workers - 8,8%, office workers - 6,4%, small entrepreneurs - 5,8%, middle level managers - 5,5%, top managers - 4,2%
According to income the audience is distributed in the following way: 21,4% - up to 500 000 BLR per month, 500 000 - 1 000 000 BLR- 26,7%, 1 000 000 - 1 500 000 - 13,9%
Reach - 16,75% . Sample size - 5523 persons. Number of users - 362 683.
