Gemius Belarus has presented its third monthly review of Internet audience in Belarus (gemiusAudience). The internet audience in Belarus is 2,16 mln. users (real users) 15 +.
The majority of users are men (55%). Men also spend more time on the Internet than women. 45% are young people of 15-24 years old. People aged from 25 to 34 years old make 27% of the audience, 35-44 years old - 18%, and older than 45 years old - 10%
38,7% of internet-users live in Minsk, 7,2% - in Brest, 7,1% - in Vitebsk, 8,7%- in Gomel, 3,7%- in Grodno, and 7,5% in Mogilev. 42,8% live in Minsk and Minsk oblast, 13,8% - in Brest oblast, 13,2% - in Vitebsk oblast, 11,6% - in Gomel oblast, 6,1% - in Grodno oblast, 12,5% - in Mogilev oblast.
40% of the audience are married, 48% are not married, 5% - unregistered marriage, and 7% are divorced or widowed. 33% of users live in the families of 3 persons, 32% - 4 persons, 17% - 2 persons, more than 5 persons - 12%, 1 person - 6%
Students - 21%, specialists - 15%, engineers/workers - 10%, office workers - 7%, small entrepreneurs - 6%, top & middle level managers - 8%
According to income the audience is distributed in the following way: 22% - up to 500 000 BLR per month, 500 000 - 1 000 000 BLR- 25%, 1 000 000 - 1 500 000 - 17%
Reach - 17,34% . Sample size - 4794 persons. Number of real users from Belarus - 376 209. All audience - 2 169 605.
