Beltelecom is going to increase the external Belarusian internet-gate to 17Gbit/second in 7th of October. Russian operator's "Transtelecom" facilities. It was announced today by a general director of "Beltelecom" Konstantin Tikar.
"Beltelecom" increased the external gate twice this year, first in March to 8 Gbit/second, then in May to 12 Gbit/second. Initially country's main internet gate only allowed for 5,2 Gbit/second at the end of the last year.
