Beltelecom announces full launch of new VoD library

According to TeleGeography Belarusian incumbent fixed line operator Beltelecom yesterday launched commercial video-on-demand (VoD) library services for its IPTV service 'ZALA', offering a wide range of movies and TV programmes to end users. The service, which is available nationwide, was initially rolled out in the capital Minsk from August 2008 using equipment supplied by ZTE of China.
