According to plan approved by the Council of Ministers (resolution #509 of May 31st 2012), Governmental bodies and organisations are obligide to provide of e-services via the single portal of e-services before the January 1, 2012 in by a governmental.
Ministry of Communications and Informatisation has to organize functioning of the informational intermediaries who will provide e-services before the 1st of May 2013.
Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Communications and Informatisation together with the Operative Analytical Center must provide functioning of "One Window" software complex integrated with the national automated informational system (NAIS) beofre the 1st of January 2015.
E-services will be rendered by a recently created national unitary enterprise "National E-services Center". The list of free of charge services offered to the governmental bodies, other organisations and citizens includes g "Passport" system, Unified National Registry of Juridical Persons and Entrepreneurs, National Registry of Tax-Payers, and the Unified National Registry of Immovable Property, Immovable Property Rights and Transactions.
