Belarus adds 132,600 fixed broadband subscribers in 9 mths

According to Telecompaper the Belarusian fixed broadband subscriber base totaled 1.98 million at the beginning of October, up by 132,600 since the beginning of the year, according to a statement from the Ministry of ITC.
The number of public Wi-Fi hotspots totaled 280,600, up by 131,100. The IPTV subscriber base amounted to 967,200, up by 126,400. Internet gateway capacity was expanded to 600 Gbps. The GPON subscriber base increased by 104,500, up to 234,900.
