Belarus launches internet quality control site

According to Telecompaper the Belarusian Minsitry of ITC has announced the launch of a new online site focused on the quality control of fixed internet services.
Users of internet services will be able to use the site to check the parameters of their services against those set in the subscription contract. The online site is part of the ministry's online portal and supported by the state-owned company Giprosvyaz
