ICT development in Belarus

According to BelTA 3G network penetration in Belarus – 96.5%; LTE service is available to 60% of the population.
As many as 2.28 million subscribers are connected to the IMS platform.
As many as 1.56 million subscribers are connected via the GPON technology.
There are 11.3 million cellular communication service subscribers and 1.68 million IPTV subscribers.
In 2016 Belarus went up two points to occupy the 21st position among 196 countries in the number of fixed broadband subscriptions per 100 people. As many as 33.3% of the Belarusians enjoy broadband fixed Internet access. As many as 69.5% of the Belarusians enjoy broadband mobile Internet access.
