On June 1, 2005 Vladislav Kulaga, head of the Beltelecom Intrenational Commutation Centre Service Department informed that the number of internet users in Belarus totals 2 mln.
According to Vladislav Kulga, the data are based on the ITU calculations for the year of 2003 (1,409,780 internet users) and on the rate of growth in 2004-2005 evaluated by Beltelecom.
