Draft Law On information, Informatization and Information protection is to be discussed at Belarusian Parliament

Hearings on the Law On information, Informatization and Information protection are scheduled for the spring session of Belarusian Parliament.
The Draft law is expected to give people the right to get information affecting their rights, obligations and interests from the government. The draft law includes provisions on privacy and personal data protection. The draft also stipulates technical, judicial and institutional measures for public information protection.
